Thank you for shopping with TrichoLuxe! We want your order to arrive safely and on time, so here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email right away, and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): We ship via USPS or UPS to ensure reliable delivery right to your door.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): When available, expedited shipping will appear as an option at checkout.
Where We Ship All orders ship from our home base in Vero Beach, Florida. At this time, we ship to domestic U.S. addresses only.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
