At TrichoLuxe, we stand behind every product in our system. We know you've likely tried things that didn't work before — and we know what that costs, financially and emotionally. That's why we back our system with a guarantee that reflects our confidence in what we've built.
The TrichoLuxe 90-Day Protocol Guarantee
If you follow the TrichoLuxe protocol consistently for 90 days and don't see improvement, contact us at care@tricholuxe.co and we'll make it right — no complicated process, no runaround.
We ask only that you give the system a genuine opportunity. Hair biology takes time, and 90 days of consistent use is what the science requires. If you've done that and haven't seen results, reach out. We'll review your protocol and determine the best path forward — whether that's a refund, a replacement, or a clinical adjustment to your approach.
Standard Returns — Unopened Products
If you decide a product isn't right for you before opening it, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact care@tricholuxe.co with your order number to initiate a return.
Final Sale Items
For health and safety reasons, opened supplement products — including TrichoLuxe™ Trinity and TrichoLuxe™ ARISE™ — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. This policy exists to protect every customer's safety and product integrity.
Device Returns — Illuminate LX
The TrichoLuxe™ Illuminate LX laser device may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in its original packaging. Given the investment this device represents, we encourage you to reach out to care@tricholuxe.co before initiating a return — in many cases, a protocol adjustment resolves the concern entirely.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@tricholuxe.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The most efficient path to an exchange is to return the original item if eligible and place a new order once the return is accepted.
